You
probably know how beneficial garlic is for your health, but do you know
that it is excellent food for weight loss? Garlic is an appetite
suppressant and it will make you feel full for a longer period of time.
It acts in a way that it increases the brain`s sensitivity to letin- a
hormone that the fat cells are producing in order to regulate appetite.
Doctors that
are working at the Israel’s Tel Hashomer Hospital made a research that
included rats that were divided in two groups. They found out that when
rats were given allicin and after that served with high-sugar food had
lower blood pressure and insulin levels and weight gain than the rats
that were not given allicin.
How to Use Garlic to Lose Belly Fat
Ingredients needed:
- lemon juice from 1 Lemon
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Water
Instructions:
Pour the lemon juice in a cup of water. Take the 3 garlic cloves and chew them well. In the end dink the glass of lemon water.
Do this regularly in the morning before breakfast. The first results will be visible after two weeks.
