They were caught at Udi Street, Uzuakoli, Umuahia, Abia State, around 1A.M today
Three young men were caught while trying to loose the armored cables attached to an electricity transformer around Udi Street by Uzokali Road in Umuahia, Abia State at about 1:00am.
People residing in the neighborhood, stripped them n.ked and tied them to the metal frames of the transformer. They have been handed over to the police. See another photo below
