Pineapple also prevent blood pressure because of its abundance of potassium. Research has it that, those people who take in much potassium are likely to be blood pressure free.
2.) Avocado: Avocado does what pineapple does in the body too. It has higher potassium compare to that of banana. It is no longer news that, vegetables and fruits that have abundance of potassium are likely to be one of the best ways to get rid of blood pressure naturally. When this blood pressure had been controlled by the intake of fruits with potassium, heart attacks and strokes have been prevented too.
