According to post by Dailystar, a recent study by scientists at the University of East Anglia looked into the best grub to chow down on if you want to stay hard.

The groundbreaking research discovered that eating humble blackcurrants is one of the best way to stave off penis problems.

The study found that men who look after themselves by working out and eating a diet rich in flavonoids (naturally occurring compounds in fruit and vegetables) are less likely to suffer from ED.

Researchers began by tracking the flavonoid intake in 25,000 men over a 10 year period.

Out of the six most commonly eaten flavonoids, three were beneficial: anthocyanins, flavanones and flavones.

The men who regularly munched on foods high in these flavonoids were 10% less likely to have ere-ction issues. And blackcurrants contain the highest level of anthocyanins compared to blueberries, red wine, apples and citrus fruits which is why they were proven to have s.xual performance-boosting properties.




In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, top urologist Vijay Sangar, M.D. explained the importance of healthy eating in preserving pen!s health.

He said: “The best thing you can do to prevent ere-ctile dysfunction is stop your erec-tions from getting poor in the first place.

“This means living a long healthy lifestyle by eating fruit and vegetables five times a day and eating less red meat. You should also exercise regularly by working out for 30 minutes between three and five times per week.



“On top of everything else, make sure you stay s.xually active.”

1. Coffee
