Kim Anami, who can lift almost everything, including bottles, fruits, coconuts and even surfboards using her private parts, encourages other women to strengthen their va.ginal muscles.

A 44-year-old intimacy coach claims the technique could fight depression, increase se.xual satisfaction, improve health, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, give you younger looking skin and more.
Kim, who practices v@ginal weightlifting for 20 years, said: “Se.x for me is a personal growth tool. It is healing, revitalising and self-actualising. It’s just part of a healthy lifestyle. Kim has lived and travelled all over the world showing her mad skills, now she has more that 35,000 followers on Instagram where she impresses them with photos of herself weightlifting various objects and teaches on va.ginal Kung Fu and weightlifting.
Some gynaecologists agree that vagi.nal weightlifting is not dangerous and can have health benefits as long as you are sensible and develop your muscles slowly. Guinness World Record in the category va.ginal weightlifting is held by Tatyana Kozhevnikova who deadlifted a 14 kg kettlebell.
