A woman sitting in a contorted way on public transport has become an internet hit - leaving many confused as to how she arranged her legs in such an unusual way. The image below shows a flexible passenger on the subway in New York who crossed her legs for comfort and also apparently crossing her ankles.
"Excuse me would you mind not sitting like that please? Thank you," the caption read whe it was posted two months ago.
Since then, more than 1.1 million people have looked at the image and many have added their tuppenceworth.
